The trailer in the photos is fitted with:
- Ice cream display freezer
ESA certified, with NSF-compliant sinks and UL/cUL certified electrical. It runs on electricity only, so no TSSA certification is required.
Empty weight is weighbridge-measured with the full kitchen fitted, water tanks empty and no propane on board, so water, propane and your stock all come out of the payload. Full weight ratings and certification documents are provided with every unit — ask us and we will send them before you commit.
